  • Subscriber and Contact Information: Business entity name, registered brokerage name, primary corporate contact name, professional email address, business telephone number, and physical office/branch address.
  • Billing and Financial Data: Credit card numbers, ACH banking details, billing addresses, and transaction histories. Note: All payment processing data is collected directly by our third-party, PCI-compliant payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, QuickBooks Payments). Simply Compliant LLC does not store unencrypted raw credit card numbers or banking passwords on our local servers.
  • Roster and User Data: Names, professional email addresses, and unique identification numbers of the employees, independent contractors, or loan originators assigned to your registered branches for training tracking.

2. How We Use Your Information

We utilize the collected data strictly for commercial, business-to-business operational purposes, including:

  • Processing Transactions: Managing recurring subscription fees, proration adjustments, and processing invoice payments.
  • Provisioning Accounts: Creating corporate portals, assigning administrative permissions, and managing branch allocations.
  • Compliance Tracking & Certification: Tracking user module progression, logging course completion dates, and rendering valid training compliance certificates for state or federal audits.
  • Platform Communications: Sending automated payroll alerts, subscription renewal reminders, platform update notifications, and critical compliance policy adjustments.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your corporate information or user rosters to third-party advertisers or data brokers. We share information only with trusted third-party vendors necessary to run our platform operations:

  • Payment Processors: To securely manage and charge your authorized payment method for monthly or annual commitments.
  • Infrastructure & Platform Hosting: Cloud service providers and Learning Management System (LMS) facilitators who supply the secure servers, data hosting pipelines, and delivery networks for our training content.
  • Corporate Tools: Integrated back-office systems (such as QuickBooks Payroll) utilized exclusively to process payroll, tax withholdings, and operational corporate accounting.

We retain Subscriber Data and compliance tracking logs for as long as your corporate account remains active or as required by applicable state and federal record-keeping laws governing industry compliance training records. Upon termination of service and the expiration of your 12-month commitment, data may be archived or securely deleted in accordance with our standard infrastructure disposal cycles.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document or via an explicit notification inside your administrative platform portal. Continued use of the platform after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
