- No Early Cancellations: You cannot cancel, down-tier your plan, or request refunds before your initial 12-month term is complete. You are responsible for the full annual financial allocation.
- Automatic Renewal: After your first 12 months are up, your plan automatically rolls into a flexible month-to-month subscription. You can cancel or change your plan during this renewal period at any time by giving us a 30-day written notice.
- Team Growth & Upgrades: If your branch grows and your employee count exceeds your current plan’s limit, your account will automatically upgrade to the next pricing tier. The price difference is prorated immediately and tied to your existing 12-month schedule. Downgrades are not permitted during your active term.
